Pamela joined the board in 2022 and was elected for a three-year term in 2023.

Pamela began her career as an official in 2017 and has since officiated at state, national, and international levels. She represented Australia as an official at the 2022 Women’s Tackle World Cup in Finland and the 2023 Asia Oceania Flag Football Continental Championships in Malaysia. Pamela previously served as a director of the Australian Gridiron Officials Association from 2019 and was appointed Chairperson in 2021, a role she held until joining the AFA board.
