Public Liability Insurance
We offer Public Liability Insurance, a fundamental coverage that safeguards affiliated clubs, teams, and events against potential liability claims stemming from accidents or property damage during official activities. This coverage encompasses legal and compensation costs related to third-party claims.

Insured clubs can request a copy of their Certificate of Currency, including those generated with an interested party (e.g. Council) on our Gallagher site.

​PERSONAL ACCIDENT Insurance
From April 2025, all current AFA Players who register and maintain the American Football Australia Player Membership will be covered under the national Group Personal Injury Insurance policy.
​
This group policy provides basic cover for registered players, coaches, officials and others stated as covered who suffer injuries arising out of participation in sanctioned football competitions and football events that are referred to in the policy.
Cover also extends to:

Organised training
-
Sanctioned state or national events, activities including programs or competitive games within Australia

Administrative and social activities of the insured Club.

It's important to clarify that the AGA Group Injury Policy does not replace a suitable personal Private Health or Income Protection policy and encourage all participants to review their personal circumstances accordingly.
